Troubleshooting printing in Windows

IMPORTANT:  We are aware of an issue with the Print Preview option when using Chrome.

This issue causes the Print Preview to download in Chrome as a *.pdf file, appear completely blank, or do nothing at all.

If you are experiencing this issue, try these steps:

1. Update Chrome to the latest version.
2. Open the Chrome menu by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top-right.
3. Choose Settings.
4. Enter PDF in the search bar.
5. Click the Content Settings... button.
6. Ensure that Open PDF files in the default PDF viewer application is unchecked.
