These instructions describe how to set up common email accounts to receive communications from Intuit (do_not_reply), including the MFA validation code email. If you are using a corporate email account, you may need to work with your IT department or administrator to complete this process.

Troubleshooting missing emails - For sign-in validation code emails, the confirmation code email comes from do_not_reply@intuit.com and is usually received 1-2 minutes after requesting the code. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
- Most email domains offer a search option. Search your entire email inbox for the email address do_not_reply@intuit.com
Specific email domains may deny @intuit communications through their servers. Here are some steps to try: - Please send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com This should trigger the email domain to recognize the @intuit domain as a trusted site.
- Wait at least 5 minutes to see if the email appears in your inbox.
- If the email does not appear after 10 minutes, please contact your email domain provider to evaluate security settings for your email profile.
In some cases, an email domain provider may have @intuit IP address blocked form their server. However, you can usually contact them to allow our emails to pass through.
OutlookTo add do_not_reply@intuit.com to your safe senders list:
- Click Tools > Options.
- On the Preferences tab, click Junk email.
- Click the Safe Senders tab.
- Click Add.
- Within the Add Address box, enter do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Click OK.

AOLTo add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your address book:
- Click Mail > Address Book.
- In the Address Book window, click Add.An Address Card.

- Select Primary email to make that address the primary one.

YahooTo add the @intuit.com domain to your inbox filter:
- Open your Yahoo mailbox.
- On the upper right of the window, click Options.
- In the window that opens, click Filters.
- In the Filters window, click Add.
- In the If all of the following rules are true section, locate the Fromheader rule.
- Select contains (if it's not selected already).
- In the corresponding field, enter @intuit.com
- Click the Choose Folder drop-down arrow and select Inbox.
- Click Add Filter.

HotmailTo add the @intuit.com domain to your Hotmail safe list:
- Open your Hotmail inbox.
- In the upper right corner of the window, click the Options link.
- Click Junk email Protection.
- Click Safe List.
- In the Type an address or domain field, enter @intuit.com
- Click Add.
- Click Tools > Options.
- On the Preferences tab, click Junk email.
- Click the Safe Senders tab.
- Click Add.
- In the Add Address field, enter @intuit.com
- Click OK.

GmailTo add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your Gmail contacts:
- On the left side of any Gmail window, click Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- In the Primary email address field, enter Do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Click Save.

Mozilla
To add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your address book:
- Click the Address Book button.
- Check that Personal Address Book is highlighted.
- Click New Card.
- Click the Contact tab.
- In the email field, enter Do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Click OK.
After you have added the email address to the safe sender’s list, close all browser windows. Open a new browser window and attempt the sign-in process again.
To "white list" the address:
- From the main menu, click Tools > Junk Mail Controls.
- Click the Settings tab.
- To update white lists, select Personal Address Book from the drop-down list.
- Select do not mark messages as junk mail.
- Click OK.

Microsoft Exchange (Office 365)
To add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your address book:
- In your account, click Gear icon in the top right part of your screen and then click on Options.
- Under Accounts click Block or Allow.
- Under Safe Senders and Recipients enter do_not_reply@intuit.com and in the field click + to add email.
- Click Add to list.
Back to the top Windows Live App To add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your address book:
- Click the Home tab in the Ribbon.
- Go to Junk > Safety options from the pull-down menu.
- In the Safety Options dialog box, select the Safe Senders tab and click on Add.
- In the Add address or domain dialog box, enter do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Click OK to finish.
Back to the top Apple Mail (Mac) To add Do_not_reply@intuit.com to your address book:
- Go to Mail > Preferences > Junk Mail.
- Under The following types of messages are exempt from junk mail filtering make sure Sender of message is in my Address Book is ticked.
- Add do_not_reply@intuit.com to Address Book.
- Open Address Book from the Launchpad, Dock, or from the Applications folder.
- Click the Add (+) button below the contacts list to create a new contact card.
- Enter do_not_reply@intuit.com
- Select Done or choose Save from the File.
