Microsoft officially released its new default browser, EDGE, as part of Windows 10 on July 29, 2015.
At this time, QuickBooks Online does not support EDGE.
There are several known issues (listed below) when using QBO with EDGE.
Currently, the only way to resolve these issues is to use an alternate browser. See What browsers can I use to access QuickBooks Online?
Known QBO Issues for Microsoft EDGE browser:
- Printing failures (these are known issues with Microsoft Edge and Adobe)
- Unable to update QBO subscription
- Unable to import/export data to/from QuickBooks Desktop
- Emailed invoice shows up blank or greyed out
- Drag and drop attachments don’t work correctly
- Duplicate notifications for transaction create
- In the Customers page, the Open balance within the “split view” for customers does not update
- QuickBooks Online Accountant – Client Hub page cannot load more than 100 clients
