The error message appears when you have selected the Pmt Method as a credit card, for credit cards post to a bank account automatically and do not require deposit slips.
There is a workaround which will allow you to select the desired Pmt Method, but you will need to remove the credit card indicator.
- Go to the Gear Icon and click All Lists.
- Click on Payment Methods.
- Double click on the payment method in question.
- On the right click to unselect the Credit Card box (indicator).
- On the bottom right click on Save.
You will now be able to print a deposit slip with the desired Pmt Method.
